SI is our proud partner since 2010 although the management of company is very busy for various garment manufacturing projects across the globe but we like to appreciate the support and services given by the team SI to trained our enrolled trainees of different Skill development project through industrial training and internship projects.
IILTD is associated with training and education of poor , under privileged and minorities . Under Madarsa education since 1990 to provide quality education to minorities. IILtd in coloration with GHEWS started to support madarsa education by funding on its own and in this context establish a Madarsa with accommodation facility for 250 vary poor muslim girl’s to impart formal and religious education to make them self dependent . Further in year 2004 we establish another Madarsa with hostel facility in Jajmau only for boys with capacity of 350 students and in year 2006 another co-education centre for the same social cause to trained 100 students per year . As company was in garments and saddlery product manufacturing business during the year of establishment the need of skill person for stitching of products IILTD join hands with Guru Harkrishan Educational and welfare society (an NGO since 1995 registered in UP Govt.) in the year 1995 to impart training of skill development. All the work of IILTD was taken care by GHEWS from 1995 as a consortium till now . The Indian economy is in the mode of globalization and liberation and thus in need to develop skilled personnel in appropriate numbers with adequate skills, in consonance with the requirements of the ultimate users such as industries and service sectors.The primary objective of the IILTD & GHEWS are to improve existing manpower in Apparel fields & to develop computer Efficient skill work force to enhance quality of production . IILTD & GHEWS are basically trying to improve quality of manpower & want to give benefit to under privileged &unorganized work force of apparel & associated industries.IIL & GHEWS is focusing to create opportunities for Urban poor’s & Rural workers to earn their lively hood in a better manner .To satisfy the objective of IILTD & GHEWS the organization is running several self funded programs related to skill Development & employment generation from past 10 years to support school dropouts and graduate students. IILTD & GHEWS trained at least 9000 trainees under different trades like manufacturing of shoe upper, stitching of safety wears, and stitching of other saddler products by self financing schemes. Since 2009 under the guidance of CEO training Dr. Kumud Dwivedi and Director Training and Authorized Signatory Mr Gurpreet Singh Saini it establish new heights in the field of skill education and proudly completed successful training of 11086 students under ISDS training sponsored by Ministry of Textile Govt of India.
