Mr . Taptej Singh Saini is president of GHEWS who is a founder member of the society. He is an advocate and highly qualified with the clear vision to develop and contribute in the main developing phase of the country. He is with a defiance background and man of discipline and punctuality. He is the man of social activities and reformer.
Mr. Gurpreet Singh Saini holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management is the Chairman and Treasurer of Guru Harkrishan Educational and Welfare Society (GHEWS) . GHEWS is a social welfare group working for social reforms and upliftment of underprivileged youth of the country through delivery of Skill Education, Employability, and Employment initiatives. He brings with him 12 years of rich and diverse experience of working with government, private sector and multilateral institutions. He has been part of GHEWS since inception (1995) and has been involved in all aspects of the social reform and skill development journey of GHEWS . He has been instrumental in setting up of GHEWS Skills training centers, partnerships and marketing initiatives, ensuring that the company delivers on its promise of training quantity with quality. As Head of GHEWS, he was instrumental in ensuring training of above 90k plus trainees, across 20 states, in Garment and Computer sectors.
Mrs. Harmeet Kaur is leading member of GHEWS Skills as the Senior Vice President and Group Head for the Skills Business. She has done her graduation in Fashion and Apparel Designing, from GBTU and brings 3 years of field experience in project development and capacity building. She is working with the Group since 2010 and has been actively involved in various capacities in Education and Skills businesses.
Mrs Charanjeet Saini is a senior member of GHEWS, she is outstanding qualified .She worked with Airforce school for about 35 years and were most of the times awarded with best Teacher of the school. She has deep faith in punctuality and discipline. She is a soft spoken lady. She happened to be one of the popular teachers among students.
Dr Kumud Dwivedi started her career back in the year 2000 as a acting HOD of woman’s Polytechnic College Burhanpur M.P. and gradually become Director of Axis Institute of Fashion Technology in the year 2012 . She is serving as an Executive Director in NGO since 2015 and she is one of the key management leader of GHEWS . Being an Executive Director she is performing her duties and responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
As a Legal Advisor he serve in a key role in the support and development of NGO.
(A): Providing technical legal assistance, including preparing comments/recommendations to laws/regulations to be addressed to government officials, Members of Parliament, NGO representatives, and other interested parties on issues of NGO law
(B): Undertaking research and producing analytical reports on issues of NGO law
(C): Supporting the development and administration of training programs for NGOs, lawyers, and government officials
(D): Representing ICNL at regional meetings, workshops and conferences
(E): Assisting with proposal writing and fundraising activities
(F): Other duties as assigned.
Mr Jatin Kohli is an active member of GHEWS . He is Post Graduate in Sociology and working as Public Relationship Officer in the Organization. His main focus is on planning publicity strategies and campaigns Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations , organising promotional events such as press conferences, tours and visits, providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
Mr. Nishad Shukla is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a graduate degree in commerce. He is associated with the organization since 2015 with an experiance of 8 years working for core competency in strategy , planning and financial management.
Sri. Sardar Joginder Singh Ahluwaliya is an ex airforce officer. He is a man of discipline and punctuality. He prefers living very simple life and high values. He believes in simple living high thinking. He takes keen interest in social activities and helps the poor and underprivileged persons.
